How it works

Tell us about your venue or business. Once approved you get a referral link, a QR code and a dashboard.

Share your link
Organizers who sign up within 90 days of clicking it, or who enter your code at signup, are credited to you.

Get paid
You earn 15% of every payment they make for 24 months. Commissions are approved after 30 days and paid out monthly.
Commission terms
- 15% of what each referred organization pays Badgetrac: event plans, upgrades and multi-event packs.
- For 24 months from the day the organization is referred.
- Calculated on the amount actually paid, after discounts and before tax.
- Pending for 30 days in case of a refund, then approved and paid out monthly by bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe.
- Example: an organizer you refer buys a Growth plan for $799. You earn $119.85.
Questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There's no fee and no minimum number of referrals.
What if two partners refer the same organizer?
The first referral wins. An organization is credited to one partner only.
Do I earn on exhibitor lead licenses or booth sales?
No. When organizers sell lead scanning or booths to exhibitors, that money goes to the organizer, not to Badgetrac. Commissions cover what organizers pay Badgetrac.
What about organizers who already use Badgetrac?
Referrals are for new customers. Organizations that already paid Badgetrac before the referral aren't credited, and you can't refer your own organization.
Can I see what I've earned?
Yes. Your partner dashboard lists the organizations you referred, what they paid and each commission's status. We never show you organizers' personal contact details.
