Ask for a quote for larger events, priority support, invoicing, or several events a year. Pay from event settings once agreed.

Self-serve plans cover events up to 1,000 attendees. For anything bigger or different, ask for a custom plan, and we'll reply with a price for your event.
When a custom plan makes sense
- More than 1,000 attendees
- Priority event-day support, setup help, a demo or training
- Several events a year, or an annual agreement
- Paying by invoice or purchase order instead of a card
- Your own branding for exhibitors, the kiosk and door scanners (white label, Custom plans only)

Step 1: Open the request form
Go to badgetrac.com/billing/custom-plan, or click Request a custom plan on an event's Plan & billing card to pre-fill your event.

Step 2: Describe your event
Enter your name, work email and Expected attendees. Add exhibitors, the date and your company if you know them.

Step 3: Tick what you need
Under What do you need?, tick everything that applies, and add details under Anything else?.

Step 4: Send
Click Request a quote. We'll reply by email with a price.

Step 5: Pay when you're ready
Once you accept, a Pay button with your price appears on the event's Plan & billing card.
Tip: Opening the form from an event fills in your name, email, company, event name, date and current attendee count, so we can quote faster.
After you send it
You'll see Thanks, we've got your request. We'll email you a quote. When you accept it, we set up the plan on your event: the Plan & billing card then shows Your custom plan and a Pay button for the agreed price. Pay by card from there, or ask for an invoice in your request.
Custom events get every feature, including those that need Growth or Pro on self-serve plans.
